Nasolabial Lines
Facial lines tend to start showing in our 30s and become more noticeable in our 40s. Nasolabial (nose-to-mouth) folds, or laugh/ smile lines are the result of thinning skin around the region, due to loss of collagen, elastin and skin hydrators with time. Extrinsic factors that speed up the formation of lines include prolonged sun exposure without protection, smoking, diet and lifestyle. These ‘brackets’ can make the face appear tired and aged.
